Getting out into the natural world is good fun and great for our health.  Our Naturally Healthy campaign is about inspiring us all to get outside and enjoy Devon’s amazing natural environment.

May 2017 is Devon and Somerset’s Naturally Healthy Month – please get involved by organising an activity, promoting existing opportunities or sharing a story.

There’s now loads of evidence that the natural environment makes us feel better.   You don’t have to go far, you don’t have to own a mountain bike, and there are lots of things you can do that are totally free!

#When did you last….  find time to listen to the birds, sniff a flower, have a picnic in the park, fly a kite or paddle in the sea?

#Have you ever…… cycled the Exe Estuary trail, gone wild swimming, canoed down the Grand Western Canal,  spotted dragonflies at Stover Country Park or watched bats at dusk?
